Easy Thai Noodles With Peanut Sauce
Ingredients
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 1 lb. linguine (or spaghetti, ramen, fettuccini)
- 3 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 1 carrot (julienned)
- 1 bell pepper (red, julienned)
- ⅓ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- 1 tbsp honey
- ⅓ cup peanuts (chopped)
- ¼ cup green onions (sliced)
- 1 teaspoon Chili sauce
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- Boil pasta or noodles according to box directions. Then drain.
- While the pasta is cooking, prepare the sauce. In a medium sized bowl, whisk together soy sauce,peanut butter, honey and chili sauce until fully combined. Set aside.
- Preheat oil in a large skillet. Add carrots, bell pepper and garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add drained pasta and sauce into the skillet and mix until fully combined. Top with chopped cilantro, peanuts, sesame seeds and green onions.
